This page, along with any referenced documents, provides information about Adtek Prints’ Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) for supplying products.

It is important to carefully read and understand these Terms before making any product purchases on our website.

When you purchase any of our products, you are agreeing to the Terms outlined. It is recommended that you print a copy of these Terms for your records.

Adtek Prints is a genuine provider of superior printing services based in the UK. Our team comprises of creative professionals dedicated to delivering unique and innovative solutions for every project. You can visit our printing shop at Solution House, 29 Welbeck Road, Newcastle NE6 2HU.

General

When you make a purchase with us, you verify that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Upon making a purchase, you will get an email confirming that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders and will notify you if we are unable to process your order. Our agreement is established only when we send you the order confirmation email.

Product Delivery

We will deliver your order on the date specified in your order confirmation email. In rare cases, we may need to provide a new delivery date. While we strive to deliver on time, please note that the specified delivery date is an estimate, and we are not liable for any losses due to delays.

Delivery charges will be based on current rates at the time of delivery. Adtek Prints is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by non-payment or failure to upload artwork. Customers are accountable for ensuring full payment and correct artwork upload before printing and delivery.

Title and Ownership of Goods

You will be responsible for the products upon delivery. Ownership of the products will transfer to you only after we receive full payment for the products and any applicable delivery fees.

Prices and Payments

Product prices and delivery charges will be as listed on our website, unless there is an obvious error. Unless otherwise specified, product prices do not include delivery fees, and both product and delivery prices do not include VAT.

VAT will be applied during the checkout process based on the total order value, including delivery, at the prevailing rate. It is your responsibility to adhere to the laws and regulations of the destination country for the delivery of the products.

We are not responsible for any violations of such laws on your part. Payments for all orders are to be made using a credit or debit card, unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and Paypal as payment methods.

After you submit your order, your card will be charged automatically. We may allow payment on account for orders at our discretion.

Please be aware that orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Product prices and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

Our website features a wide range of products, and despite our best efforts, some items may be inaccurately priced.

If a product’s accurate price is higher than what is listed on our site, we will typically reach out to you for further instructions before proceeding with printing and shipping.

If you do not pay the price difference after our contact, we retain the right to cancel the order without any liability for loss or compensation.

Product Specifications

We aim to provide detailed descriptions of the printed products featured on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors of the products you receive will precisely match those shown on your computer monitor or other printing devices.

By uploading any content to our website, whether for registration, account management, or submitting a file or order, you acknowledge and assure us that the content:

  • information is accurate and factual
  • express genuine opinions,
    comply with UK and applicable international laws
  • is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or inflammatory content
  • does not promote sexually explicit material or violence, discrimination based on various factors, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for any breach of these terms.

We print all products according to the file you provide with your order. We are not liable for any unwanted or defective products resulting from errors in the file you submit or inconsistencies with your order, as allowed by law.

Refunds, Returns and Reprints

Products can only be returned for a refund if the order was produced incorrectly or below an acceptable standard. In such cases, we may choose to reprint the order at no additional cost.

To report any printing errors, please email us at print@adtekprints.com, ensuring to include your order ID number in the subject line. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, accompanied by a sample or photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund notifications will be sent via email within a reasonable timeframe, with refunds typically processed within 30 days of confirmation of eligibility.

If the packaging of your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery from the courier and indicate on the provided document that you have accepted the package for inspection.

Upon confirming any damage to the contents, please contact our Customer Service team at print@adtekprints.com for prompt reprinting. In the event that the printed product is unusable upon delivery due to missing packaging or significant damage, do not accept the delivery and note the refusal on the courier’s document.

Subsequently, inform our Customer Service team at print@adtekprints.com to facilitate a reprint of your order.

Product Warranty

We guarantee that all products bought from TPS will meet their description upon delivery, including any files provided by you. They will be of satisfactory quality and suitable for typical product-related purposes.

Our Liability

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from our failure to adhere to the Terms falling under the following categories (even if they stem from our intentional violation):

a) loss of income or revenue;

b) loss of business;

c) loss of profits;

d) loss of expected savings;

e) loss of data;

f) waste of office or management time.

These Terms do not exclude or limit our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • any violation of the obligations implied by Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
  • faulty products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
  • or any other liability that it would be illegal or unlawful to restrict or exclude liability for.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we will only be liable to you for the purchase price of the products.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to abide by all relevant laws and regulations of the destination country for the products. We are not accountable for any violations of such laws by you.

Our ability to adjust these Terms and Conditions

We may modify and update these Terms as needed to account for shifts in market conditions impacting our operations, advancements in technology, alterations in payment methods, changes in applicable laws and regulations, and enhancements in our system’s functionalities.

You will be bound by the current policies and Terms when you make a purchase from us, unless legal or governmental requirements necessitate a modification to said policies or Terms. Should this occur, the changes will affect any previous orders you have placed, or if we inform you of the adjustments before sending the order confirmation email. In such instances, we assume that you have agreed to the revised Terms, unless you inform us otherwise within seven working days of receiving the products.

The Entire Agreement and Third Party Rights

These Terms, along with any explicitly referenced documents, comprise the full agreement between us, overriding all prior discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangements, undertakings, or agreements concerning the subject matter of any contract.

Both parties recognize that when entering a contract, neither party is dependent on any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not outlined in these Terms or the referenced documents.

A non-party to these Terms or a contract will not possess any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Law and Jurisdiction

The laws and legal jurisdiction governing contracts for product purchases made on this site, as well as any disputes or claims related to these contracts or their formation (including non-contractual issues), will be under English Law. Any disputes or claims arising from such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual matters) will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
